Top salmon fillets with minced garlic and top with your favourite seasoning - I like Montreal steak seasoning. Pan fry with a bit of avocado oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until fish is cooked through.
In a bowl, add in pineapple and chopped onion and cilantro. Add the black pepper and salt with vinegear. Mix the salsaand top when salmon is done cooking. Garnish with more cilantro. Enjoy!
