Looking for a healthy sweet treat? Give these high protein and high fibre yogurt bark. It is SO easy to make and you can customize your toppings to what you have at home.
This is a great recipe to combat those late night cravings for sweets while squeezing in some nutrients, and as a bonus, it’s such a kid friendly recipe too.

Ingredients
Vanilla Granola Blueberry
- 1.5 cups vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp granola or rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp flax powder
- sprinkle fresh or frozen blueberries
Strawberry Almond Butter & Chocolate Chip
- 1.5 cups strawberry greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp flax powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- drizzle almond butter
- sprinkle mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Choose your flavour and combine yogurt and seeds in a bowl. If you are making both flavours, use 2 bowls.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly. If you are making both flavours use a larger cookie sheet and keep vanilla mix on one side and strawberry mix on the other.
- Top with your toppings of choice (fresh or frozen blueberries, granola, almond butter and choc chips).
- Set in freezer for about 2 hours. Once bark is set - break into pieces and place in a freezer safe container and enjoy when you want!
