Dark Chocolate Blueberry Bark

Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl melt your dark chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds. Mix and repeat until the chocolate has melted, and has reached a smooth consistency.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add in blueberries.
  3. Drizzle in the melted dark chocolate, making sure all the berries are coated.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pumpkin seeds and a bit of sea salt on top.
  5. Set in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once hardened, cut into pieces and keep in the refrigerator in a container for 3-5 days. Enjoy!
