This high protein dip is SO creamy and flavourful, you can literally eat it with a spoon! It also makes a great dip for veggies, on toast, or on crackers. It’s super easy to whip up and will last in the fridge for a few days.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and pulse for a few minutes until everything is smooth and combined.
