03 May Supporting Your Nutrition During the Month of Ramadan
Last year, I received a lot of feedback that because of the pandemic, many of you used the holy month of Ramadan to help focus on your health goals. Sadly, we are in the same situation this year. Even though we will not be able to celebrate this month with friends, family, and the community we can use the extra time to work on ourselves and to better our health.
This year I’ve collected some resources to help support you with your nutrition during the month of Ramadan!
1. Understanding nutrition during Ramadan. I recently joined Coach Mumdoo on his YouTube channel to talk about nutrition during Ramadan.
2. How to stay energized while fasting. In this PowerPoint presentation, I explain how you can stay energized while fasting by paying attention to the foods we choose to eat during our non-fasting hours.

3. Tips for Suhoor and Iftar. What we eat in the morning during Suhoor can set us up for the rest of the day and help fuel us until Iftar. Check out this video for some tips!
