  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a medium baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Wash cauliflower florets and keep in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, add in yogurt and spices.
  4. Pour the marinade over the cauliflower florets and make sure they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the tandoori cauliflower florets on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 min you can broil the last 1-2 minutes at 450 for crispy edges.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of fresh lime juice.
