This high protein dip is SO creamy and flavourful, you can literally eat it with a spoon! It also makes a great dip for veggies, on toast, or on crackers. It’s super easy to whip up and will last in the fridge for a few days.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and pulse for a few minutes until everything is smooth and combined.
- Adjust the seasoning as needed, and enjoy with fresh veggies!
