- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pumpkin seeds

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl melt your dark chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds. Mix and repeat until the chocolate has melted, and has reached a smooth consistency.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add in blueberries.
- Drizzle in the melted dark chocolate, making sure all the berries are coated.
- Sprinkle chopped pumpkin seeds and a bit of sea salt on top.
- Set in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once hardened, cut into pieces and keep in the refrigerator in a container for 3-5 days. Enjoy!
