No bake tahini cookie dough! The medley of flavours in this cookie dough are so delicious! The star ingredient in this cookie dough is tahini. If you haven’t tried tahini I would describe it as earthy, creamy, slightly bitter – but not too bitter – with a touch of a sweet note to it. I love its texture, taste and how it works work in both sweet and savoury dishes. ⠀

This cookie dough is grain free, egg, nut and dairy free and literally takes less than 7 min to assemble. You can swap out tahini for any nut or seed butter you like.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Assemble ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix well until everything is nicely combined.
- Set in fridge for about 30 min.
- You can roll them into balls and keep them refrigerated so you can enjoy them whenever you want
