Kale is super low in calories and has 2 grams of fibre and 3 grams of protein in 1 cup. These chips make for a great snack when you want something salty or savoury.
When making kale chips make sure the leaves are dried before massaging them with olive oil. Don’t overcrowd your baking sheet and feel free to add more seasoning.
