Kale Chips

Kale is a leafy green that is brimming with nutrition.  Even if you are not a kale fan, you should try kale chips! The flavour profile is different once cooked. They are light, crispy and flavourful. 1 cup of kale chips exceeds your vitamin A and C for the day – great for immune and skin health. Kale is super low in calories and has 2 grams of fibre and 3 grams of protein in 1 cup. These chips make for a great snack when you want something salty or savoury.

When making kale chips make sure the leaves are dried before massaging them with olive oil. Don’t overcrowd your baking sheet and feel free to add more seasoning.
