Ingredients
- 1.5 head cauliflower cut in florets
- 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 cup 2% plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori powder I used Kissan seasoning
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2-1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro for garnishing
- 1/2 juice of a lime for garnishing

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a medium baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Wash cauliflower florets and keep in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, add in yogurt and spices.
- Pour the marinade over the cauliflower florets and make sure they are evenly coated.
- Spread the tandoori cauliflower florets on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 min you can broil the last 1-2 minutes at 450 for crispy edges.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of fresh lime juice.
