  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lighly spoon flour mixture into measuring cups and level with a knife. Combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl stiring with a fork.
  3. place maple syrup and butter (or coconut oil) in a large bowl and beat with a mixture at medium speed until well blended about 1 minute.
  4. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Add bananas, yogurt, and vanilla; beat until blended.
  6. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until combined - do not over mix! You may need to add some milk if batter is too thick.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon batter into an 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pan coating with some butter or cooking spray.
  8. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick insterted in centre comes out clean.
  9. Cool for about 10 minutes ; remove from pan and let cool further on a wire rack. Enjoy!
