06 Feb Instant Pot – Steel Cut Oats
One thing I absolutely love about the instant pot is making steel cut oats! The instant pot drastically cuts down the cooking time to make this wholesome breakfast. I make a batch of steel cut oats on Sundays to have on hand for breakfast during the week and the kids love it! Steel cut oats are a great way to start your day giving you complex carbs and fibre- which are digested slowly so it keeps you full for longer and your blood sugar levels steady. Keeping your blood sugars in check helps ward off cravings and keeps your mood and energy at 100%
