10 Jun 100% Fruit Sorbet – No Added Sugar
Summer is here and with the arrival of the warmer weather, nothing beats a healthy, cold sweet treat. Here’s my take on a fruit sorbet made without any added sugars, that comes together in under 5 minutes! No need for any churning or heavy creams, we’ll be using a trusty blender and lots of frozen fruit. This recipe makes 4 servings and each serving contains 135 calories, 4 grams of fibre, 16 grams of sugar and 5 grams of protein.

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the Vitamix container or another powerful blender in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
- Once you hear the sound of the motor change the blended fruit will form a mound - this happens fairly quick in less than 1 min. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur.
- Serve immediately and garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional)
