Ingredients
- 3-5 ounces wild salmon defrost if from frozen
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 lemon juiced the other half can be cut into wedges and used to garnish
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Soak the cedar planks in water for at least an hour prior to grilling.
- Rinse fish fillets and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and place on cedar plank with the skin facing down.⠀
- In a bowl, whisk together the butter, thyme, garlic and lemon juice and zest.
- Pour the marinade over the fish fillets.⠀
- Grill at 350-400F for about 10-15 minutes until fish is flakey.
