  1. Soak the cedar planks in water for at least an hour prior to grilling.
  2. Rinse fish fillets and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and place on cedar plank with the skin facing down.⠀
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the butter, thyme, garlic and lemon juice and zest.
  4. Pour the marinade over the fish fillets.⠀
  5. Grill at 350-400F for about 10-15 minutes until fish is flakey.
  6. Enjoy!⠀
