19 May Oat Pancakes
Fresh homemade pancakes that deliver a hit of fibre and goodness, without the need for any refined sugar. Serve with a medley of berries (my fav!) or chocolate chips (kids fav!) and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.⠀

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 1/4 cup oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- splash of milk of your choice

Instructions
- Throw everything in the vitamix and blend.
- Add your milk of choice in order to reach your desired batter consistency.
- Pan fry on stove with a bit of olive oil or avocado oil.
- Serve with your toppings of choice.
