Pineapples on their own are so delicious but grilled pineapple is next level yum. If you are looking for an easy and healthy treat this summer try grilling pineapples! They’re super easy to make and can be served as an appetizer or dessert. I used @siggiscanada vanilla yogurt topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a low sugar dip for the pineapple skewers, but feel free to use any high-protein yogurt!

- 1 ripe pineapple cut into spears with the core removed
- bamboo skewers soaked in water for 30 mins
- avocado oil
- vanilla yogurt
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
- Oil grates with avocado oil.
- Turn grill on medium to high heat.
- Tread pineapple skewers onto bamboo sticks.
- Place on grill, allow 5-7 min on each side until pineapples are golden brown.
- Serve on a platter with yogurt and cinnamon for dipping - garnish with mint leaves.
