Oatmeal Date Muffins

These muffins are so great for a quick afterschool snack or for breakfast! These baked goods are packed with chia seeds, Greek yogurt, dates, walnuts, and oatmeal.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, oats, chia powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. minutes at 400 degrees.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients: egg, milk, coconut oil, Greek yogurt, and milk.
  3. In a seperate bowl add in the wet ingredients: egg, maple syrup, coconut oil, milk, and Greek yogurt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir to combine everything. Add in walnuts and pitted dates.
  5. Pour batter into lined muffin tins and bake at 400 for 25 minutes!
