Ingredients
- 3 cups large flaked oats
- 1 cup buckwheat flakes
- 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup softened coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp fine ground sea salt
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine the oats, buckwheat flakes, unsweetened coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts.
- Add the salt, and remaining spices. Mix to combine.
- Add in the melted coconut, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, and cranberries.
- Mix everything with a spatula, then add in orange zest and use your hands to make sure granola mix is thoroughly incorporated.
- Transfer the granola to a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Press the granola down and bake in the oven at 350 for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
- When the granola is halfway done cooking mix the granola with a wooden spoon and press down.
- Once the granola is done, let it cool completely. This may take up to 45 min. Don't worry if the granola is soft it will harden as it cools.
- Once cooled, store in an air tight container and it will last for a week!
