While fish bites are cooking, prepare the guacamole. In a large bowl, scoop the insides of avocado add the garlic, tomato, onion, seasoning and cilantro. Add more lime juice if needed. Set aside
Spicy mayo sauce
In a bowl add the mayo, lime juice, and seasoning. Slowly add the water to thin mayo out. More water may be needed until a thin consistency is reached.
Once tortillas are warmed up, place 4 fish bites on each corn tortilla, add slaw and some guacamole. Top with spicy mayo sauce and garnish with cilantro and a fresh squeeze of lime juice
