Ingredients
Cauliflower

cauliflower
broken into florets

Montreal steak seasoning
Dressing

garlic minced

tahini

lemon juiced

to thin out until reaching desired consistency
Instructions
Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and rinse. Place florets on a lined baking sheet, add olive oil, and seasoning of choice.
Give the cauliflower a good mix before roastng in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Tahini Dressing
In a small bowl, add the tahini and whisk in the lemon juice, garlic, and seasoning.
Keep mixing and add water until the desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. The dressing can be stored for about a week in an airtight container.
