Place eggs in an egg stand on the bottom of the Instant Pot. By using an egg stand, the eggs will be steamed instead of boiled. If you don’t have an egg stand simply place the eggs at the bottom on the inner pot. Add 1 cup of water to the inner pot.
Place the lid on sealing and select ‘manual’ for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, release the pressure manually.
Remove eggs from the Instant Pot and rinse in cold water. Eggs can be stored with the shell on in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Stove Top
Add eggs to a saucepan.
Add water to the saucepan – enough that eggs are submerged about 1 inch. Cover with a lid and boil over medium-high heat.
Once eggs have reached a boil, remove from the heat and let sit for 10 minutes. If you want the eggs soft or medium boiled let them sit for 6-8 minutes.
Remove eggs from the saucepan and rinse the eggs under cold water. Eggs can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
