Ingredients

cauliflower – fresh or frozen

wild blueberries – fresh or frozen
1 tbsp

hemp hearts

cup
coconut water
1/4
cup
water – you can add more water to reach desired consistency
a few ice cubes
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender such as the Vitamix. You may need to add a bit more water to reach the desired consistency. Enjoy!
