In a food processor, add the flesh of 2 avocados, milk, maple syrup, chia powder, cinnamon (if using), vanilla, raw cacao and salt.
Blend on high for a few minutes. Turn food processor off and open the lid to scrap the sides of the bowl. Add a bit more milk or maple syrup if needed. Blend again for a few minutes.
Once pudding has achieved a creamy consisitency pour into small containers.
Top chia pudding with fresh fruit slices and unsweetened coconut shavings. Cover the pudding cups and place in the fridge to set for about an hour or 2.
