I swapped in 1 cup maple syrup and it was just as good

you can also reduce to 1/2 cup
Instructions
Preheat over to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Whisk the flour, oats, flax powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large bowl using a hand blender or mixer beat butter/oil until smooth, add in sweeteners and beat for 1 min.
Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix on low until it’s well combined. The dough will be sticky. Chill for 30 min before rolling.
Roll dough about 2 tbsp worth and place 4” apart.
Bake for 12-14 min and let cool.
