Natural wheat bran

Flax meal

oat flour
you can grind up rolled oats
2/3

unsweetened applesauce

buttermilk
if you don’t have buttermilk, add 2 tbsp of vinegar to 2 cups of milk of your choice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and keep greased muffin tin ready
In a large bowl, combine bran and flax meal add buttermilk, let this sit for 5 min.
Add in applesauce, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla stir to combine.
In another bowl add oat flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the bran/flax mixture to the oat flour mix and gently stir until everything is combined.

Spoon into muffin tins and bake for 15-17 min.
